If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your purchases within the 30 day return policy. Return shipping costs will apply. If you wish to return a product purchased from this website, please send our team an email specifying the product, issue/reason for return, and date of purchase. After our customer service team receives your email, you will be contacted via email regarding your return and we will send you return instructions.

If you wish to exchange your product purchased from this site, please email us at bojibrands@gmail.com specifying the product, issue/reason for exchange, date of purchase, and the new product/size you are requesting.  We will try our very best to accommodate your needs. Customer must pay shipping for exchanged items shipped back to them and additional costs may apply if exchanged product is of greater value. The product must meet our 30 day return policy in order to perform an exchange.
